职位描述
工作职责:
1. 业务流程管理及优化/Business Process Management and Optimization
a) Lead a highly specialized team in managing the development, maintenance and communication of the list of relevant SOPs in business process and control;
b) Advise the management and drive the development of necessary SOPs to build and improve the internal control environment;
c) Design and guild the annual calendar to conduct walkthrough test of the SOPs based on risks level to promote the up-to-date and actual implementation of the SOPs;
d) Advise the management of any major discrepancies in following the SOPs by the organization and provide the recommendation in remediation;
e) Serve as the focal point to liaise with the Pfizer China compliance operation team to ensure PCH is offered with the right level and scope of services;
f) Coordinate the Pfizer China compliance operation team, PCH Finance and relevant PCH departments before and during the corporate audit exercise;
g) Lead PCH in the completion of the remediation work post audit;
h) Lead business process improvement projects and PCH Wechat platform maintenance management
2. 运作控制/Operation Control
a) Assist the business team to build rebate relevant management SOP/regulations and monitor the implementation of SOP;
b) Determine the internal working process and standard, constantly control and improve the internal working quality and efficiency on the rebate calculation & management;
c) Coordinate as well as cooperate with business departments, finance, and other supporting function teams to continually improve the rebate management process;
d) Lead a team to conduct independent and calculation and analysis on the rebate payment;
e) Liaise with the sales teams and data operation team to reconcile any disputes and discrepancies on rebate;
f) Provide the corresponding regular analysis report for information update;
g) Advise and report to management any unusual activities and disputes discovered in the calculation and analysis exercise
3. 团队管理/Team Management
a) Determine the team objectives and communicate with the team members effectively;
b) Coach and build a professional team and promote the whole team’s competence capability and ensure maximum efficiency and cost optimization
任职资格:
? Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the internal control, financial auditor, compliance operation, sales operation or the related discipline of which minimum 1-2 years in the commercial setting working closely with sales and channel management teams
? Audit and internal control experience or BIG FOUR experience is highly preferred
? A professional qualification in Finance and internal audit is highly preferred
? Good interpersonal skills
? Strong analytical skills with sound business knowledge in the field sales activities
? High energy and resilience
? Handles day-to-day challenges confidently & independently
? Ability and willingness to travel
? Reasonable English oral, reading and writing skills
