JLL has established a strong market leadership position in Greater China (GC), by consistently building behind our clients requirements over a broad cross section of services. In response to demand from our clients pan-China we now wish to hire a leader for our Smart Spaces product. This product will utilise JLL’s depth of service offering to provide holistic solutions in our clients real estate and the most productive environment to its occupants. We are looking for the following qualities in this candidate:
Strong business development skills:
The ability to work with a broad range of people and to be able to encourage teams to work together toward a common goal.
Experience in and detailed knowledge of the flexible space industry. Be seen as a credible leader within this industry.
A dynamic and thorough professional with the ability to strategise, plan and deliver on client projects.

Fluent Mandarin speaking
Willingness to travel frequently within the greater China region.
Lead a cross platform team to establish the JLL Smart Spaces business proposition in this industry sector across the largest Greater China markets.
Work with the JLL team to fully develop the client proposition and articulation of the JLL delivery model.
Own the successful development and delivery of client pilot projects.
Oversee the growth and development of the JLL Smart Spaces business and team into the leading product of its type in the GC region.
Be the main point of liaison with JLL’s Asia and Global platform as this product develops across the JLL network.
Responsibility to connect JLL’s tech platform/resources with JLL client teams
