任职要求:
l 计算机相关专业本科以上学历
l 具有IT相关技术背景
l 3-10年IT技术相关销售,业务开发,售前/售后工程师,架构师等相关经验,或者有云服务相关项目管理/市场等经验
l 有IT或者高科技行业B2B销售或者客户开发相关经验
l 极强的沟通能力,关注细节,良好的英文读写能力
l 在高效、高速节奏下跨业务部门协作完成任务的能力
l 具有在快速增长的业务部门时间管理和项目管理的能力

As a Representative, Territory Business Development, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of a group of cloud technologies. Your responsibilities will include qualifying inbound leads, working on larger deals and managing partner opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to successfully manage a high volume of inbound leads as well as experience interacting with partners. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to work in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
? Ensure high customer service for all inbound requests
? Meet or exceed response times for all inbound requests
? Respond and qualify incoming enquiries
? Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
? Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan including outbound calling against established target lists
? Work closely with other team to grow revenue in assigned territory
? Manage numerous requests concurrently & strategically
? Maintain a robust sales pipeline and related territory target lists in Salesforce
? Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
? Ensure customer satisfaction
? Limited travel
Preferred Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree required
? A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
? 3-8 years of technology related sales, business development or proven experience in project management in sales / marketing environment
? Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services preferred
? Superior oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and in English with an innate attention to detail
? Spoken language from the region would be a plus
? Proficiency with Salesforce CRM application
? Analytical skills using Excel would be a plus
? A proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and budgets
? Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
? Experience working in a Call Center would be a plus
? Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast
