Requirements/任职要求

1、 Bachelor degree or above本科及以上学历

2、More than 2 years of working experience in HR field, preferrably in recruitment and staffing 2年以上人力资源领域的工作经验，具备招聘及人员配置经验尤佳

3、 Proficiency in Microsoft Office熟练使用办公软件

4、 Good English verbal and written communication skills良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力

5、 Sales and service oriented with good marketing sense and networkiing skills 销售与服务导向，具备良好的营销意识及人际交往技能

6、 Team work spirit, good communication and coordination skills, can work under certain pressure良好的团队合作能力，良好的沟通及协调能力，有一定的抗压能力

7、 Quick learner, proactive, hard-working, honest, reliable, organized and detail oriented with strong sense of responsibility能够快速学习、积极主动、勤奋刻苦、诚实可靠、条理清晰、注重细节、责任心强

Functional area/职责

1、 Promoting HR shared service to all the Group companies in China向中国所有的集团公司推广人力资源共享服务

2、 Assisting in organizing various shared service events such as conferences and trainings 协助组织各种共享服务活动，如会议和培训等

3、 Providing support to employer branding and recruitment for various Group companies by organizing job fairs, campus recruitment and other activities 通过组织招聘会、校园招聘及其它活动为雇主品牌宣传及各集团公司的招聘提供支持

4、 Introducing and sharing Group and HR platforms and resources with various Group companies through all kinds of channels such as newsletter to build synergies 通过各种渠道（例如时事通讯）向各集团公司介绍与分享集团及人力资源方面的平台和资源，构建协同效应

5、Supporting take over of HR functions including Recruitment, C&B, Performance Appraisal, Employee Relationship, Talent Management and Training from various Group companies by reviewing and updating their current policies, processes and documents 协助接手各集团公司的人力资源业务，包括招聘、薪资福利、绩效考核、员工关系、人才管理及培训，检查并更新其目前的政策、流程及文件

6、 Supporting HR system set-up and maintenance for various Group companies 协助各集团公司建立和维护人力资源系统

7、Supporting employment life-cycle management and personnel file management 支持雇佣生命周期管理及员工档案管理

8、Dealing with daily inquiries of employees and providing onsite support 处理员工日常咨询并提供现场支持

9、Supporting HR reporting and audit of various Group companies 支持各集团公司人力资源报表及审计工作

10、Supporting various HR projects of Group companies支持各集团公司人力资源项目
