Responsibility:

• Manage purchase order in a well-organized manner, including goods return, track and renew the PO schedule and feedback to relevant dept. On a daily basis 管理采购单（包括退货）：及时下单，维护跟踪采购单，更新交期并反馈给相关部门

• Monitor & remind excess stock & EOL products 监控和提醒多余库存及已停止使用的产品来控制库存水平

• Effectively work with suppliers to understand their products, management, and capacity etc., ensure suppliers‘ capacity improvement according to the marketing demand

  跟供应商保持联系，关注供应商的供应能力

• Check invoices with suppliers and apply for payment 跟供应商对帐，申请付款

• Periodic evaluation on current suppliers参与供应商定期评估

• Perform other tasks assigned by the team 部门内分派的其他工作

Qualification:

• 大专或本科学历

• At least 3-years working experience in logistics or order management

  至少有3年物流或订单管理工作经验.

• Hard-working , good communication skills and team working attitude, can work under pressure

  努力工作，良好的沟通和协同工作态度,能在压力下工作

• Good computer skills and English speaking and writing capability

  良好的计算机技能和英语口语，写作能力

• Good problem solving skills & logical thinking

• Familiar with ERP system (SAP)
