职位描述

1、 按公司整体策略,制定年度商用渠道的销售策略和开拓计划;
2、 负责所管辖区域内的渠道客户合作谈判(包括商业客户的开发、年度合同、销售推进策略、促销方案及执行等);
3、 行业客户直供经销商及做单公司的开发,如餐饮、酒店、物业清洁、连锁、医院、学校、银行等系统;
4、 负责商业重点终端客户的经销商联合拜访及开发
5、 商用渠道的全年销售目标制定及达成;
6、 渠道内品牌形象、产品、价格维护,以及其他相关市场推广活动执行;
7、 定期客户及终端用户的拜访,深入了解和分析管辖区域内的竞品动态,以及终端用户的使用习惯,及时调整策略,以保证品牌形象提升和销售目标的达成;
8、 月度、季度和年度销售情况及各项费用的汇总和回顾;
9、 行业推广会、展会、产品培训会等工作的规划及执行

职位要求:
1、 年龄30岁—45岁
2、 五年以上商业渠道开拓及经销商管理经验,熟悉商业渠道及业务拓展流程
3、 具备较强的谈判及沟通能力,对市场规划有分析能力及独特见解
4、 执行能力强,有强烈的学习意愿、成就动机及成本意识,适应长期出差,较强的抗压能力,团队合作意识佳
5、 熟练的 Excel、Word 、Powerpoint操作技能
