职位：销售&物流运营助理(实习)

Sales and operation assistant

岗位职责

1 了解物流储运的基本操作流程

2协助跟踪物流环节货物的状况，保证各物流环节货物的安全运输，并及时通知各相关人员物流状态，及时反馈、解决在跟踪落实过程中存在的问题

3协助信息系统数据的录入、相关单证、台账、订单的整理和归档

4 协调客服处理订单出现的问题

5 核对仓库出入库记录

6.采购订单准确无误下给供应商，及时追踪交期

7登记采购发票记录，保存文档，做付款凭证

8做好主管安排的其他任务

任职条件：

1、 主动，积极，沟通协调能力佳；

2、 学习能力强、反应快、领悟能力强；

3、 条理清晰，计划性强，善于解决问题；

4、 有一定数据处理能力，办公软件运用熟练；

5、 有服务意识，对零售行业有一定了解，
