该职位有机会外派到我们客户在上海的研发中心成为客户的正式员工，公司客户是一家美资世界500强IT公司，存储服务器领域的领导者，工作地点在上海市漕河泾高技术开发区。

SUMMARY

Usually working under minimum supervision, only conferring with manager on unusual matters, responsible for design and development of new printed circuit boards or redesign of existing printed circuit boards to improve products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1、Work with ECAD Manager and/or technical project manager to provide Business Unit Management/ Business Development with timely and accurate design quotations to aid in the quoting process.

2、Provide Document Control with a complete design package consisting of data and documentation prior to production launch.

3、Work concurrently with other Design Services departments, Business Unit Management, Manufacturing, Test, Purchasing, and Quality departments through the design phase of a program. Work to provide a design that not only meets the customer’s criteria, but is also of high quality, cost effective, and manufacturable.

4、Support production discrepancies by incorporating fixes into subsequent revisions in a timely manner.

5、 Communicate and clarify engineering queries from PCB vendor.

6、Must be able to route multiple high speed signals with guidance from EE and SI

7、Assigned to projects of diverse scope, where analysis of situation or data requires an evaluation of identifiable factors.

8、Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

9、Stay abreast of the latest technology and techniques to provide designs that are competitive and cost effective.

10、Assist Assistant ECAD Engineer and ECAD Engineer and check the work result of Assistant ECAD Engineer, ECAD Engineer and Senior ECAD Engineer if required.

11、Lead a small group of team on project basis; assist team members, conduct peer review for the designs if required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor or equivalent education experience; and five years related experience and/or training. Proficient using latest version of Mentor Graphics software packages.
