Essential Responsibilities :
Execute customer strategy The Key Account Manager Goldwind will maintain and execute according to the defined customer strategy that complies with the strategy of LM Wind Power and LM Wind Power Sales and Marketing. The Customer strategy will define the actions necessary to fulfill targets set out in the current business plan. The Key Account Manager will support the Key Account Director by taking over key responsibilities in negotiation, closure and coordination of Account tasks and revenue generation. Partial - achieve or exceed targets set in the valid business plan 2018 and onwards
One of 2 Key contact person for customer The Key Account Manager will be one of the two key contact persons for the customer. The Key Account Manager will have regular face to face meetings with the customer in its headquarters or other offices together with regional LM staff. A main task is to establish a working relationship with key individuals in the customer’s management level Full - establishing professional working relationships with key customer individuals esp. in China
Contract mgt, transport solutions, service activities Specific tasks which the Key Account Manager shall be focusing on:
1. Contract management for offshore, export and domestic agreements
2. Transport solution management between customer and LM functions
3. Service improvement activities, contract development support
4. Working with Operational Sales to track and chase payment
5. Analysis market and competition status to support Goldwind business development
6. Other working tasks allocated by Key Account Director Full Interacting with customer The Key Account manager will analyze customer needs and support the Key Account Director in proposing customer initiatives.The Key Account manager will participate and contribute to the 360-degree customer team consisting of colleagues from Engineering, Quality and Service (who report to Line Managers in their respective organizations).The Key Account Manager will prepare, present and drive contract negotiations internally and with the customer. The Key Account Manager will be supervising the implementation of the agreed contracts in the business regions Full - create improved and measurable customer satisfaction in the quarterly self-assessment and yearly customer satisfaction study
