Essential Responsibilities
China region FP&A activity (60%) • Lead weekly estimating (QMI) P&L & cash plant roll up, regional consolidation & review, report out to Global FP&A team
• Monthly/quarterly full year estimate review/reporting
• Monthly actual performance consolidation & reviews with plants; follow up on important KPIs
• Annual SII/budget planning support to China region management team/plants
• Weekly past due analysis/collection reporting
• China region/plant by product line cost/profitability analysis & reviews/follow ups
• Support monthly regional reviews with Group Full responsibility
Supply Chain finance (40%)
• Supply chain cost out initiatives support: Direct labor, IPC cost, Direct material PPV & MEV analysis/deepdives
• Supply chain cash flow managements: TPs/payment terms review/inventory & capex spending management Partial

Role Summary/Purpose
Key role in China region finance organization to support: 1, Full FP&A cycles: estimating/planning/budgeting/actual reporting; 2, participate various supply chain initiatives: direct labor/direct material/IPC cost productivity, inventory /AP cash flow management, profitability analysis/benchmarking, capex review/management etc..
Will closely work with 4 plant finance managers & plant directors/Ops team on daily basis; exposure to China CFO and Global supply chain finance leaders.
Qualifications/Requirements
Good skills in MS-office general use with extensive knowledge to Excel/PPT
Strong organizational and interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi task with strong communication skill, follow through and meet deadline.
Good English communication both for oral and written
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Finance and Controlling; or alike
Minimum of five years of management and/or project controlling experience, in a manufacturing environment… or big four experience
