技能要求：

familiar with C#、.net、Java and sqlserver database or oracle databse

Software development background or mechanical background

系统分析

· 理解与分析用户的需求

· 分析流程，工作流，表单数据等。

· 根据需求书写测试用例和测试步骤

· 按照具体指定的需求在PLM实现二次开发

二次开发

· 客制化业务流程

· 根据需求克制具体的功能

· 开发报表以及其他业务方面的需求

· 开发PLM系统和其他系统间的接口以及数据传递

· 对最终用户提供培训
