职位描述
1、制定设备维修方案和维护保养的主计划；
2、与供应商有良好的沟通，共同做好楼宇系统与设施的保养维护服务；
3、善于维护与客户和工程部门的合作关系；
4、检查冷冻机组、空调机组、新风机组运行状态，指导主管适时调整楼宇自控参数，及时处理故障报警。
5、制定防汛、防冻、跑水等应急预案，并组织本班组人员演练。
6、负责弱电项目施工工程中的技术支持，有分析和处理报错的能力；
7、负责前期弱电施工方案编写及施工图设计，以及现场考察、现场施工等；
8、上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，机械工程相关专业，暖通空调、电气专业优先，持有中高级技师或工程师证书；
2、2年以上设施维护维修管理或相关工作经验。
3、具有故障分析以及排除能力，能够提供专业技术解决方案。
4、具备独立管理某一个或多个特定系统维护保养的能力，例如电气系统，空水系统管理；
