Key Responsibilities:
1. Analysing the training needs from all global functions;
2. Creating a training plan and implement the training programs;
3. Supporting global competence model implementation;
4. Participating and administrating Talent Development process;
5. Co-operation with global HR network;
6. Co-operation with training partners;
7. Assist HR VP to constitute HR policies, such as employee manual, training management policies and so on.
8. Other possible projects

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, major in Human Resourse;
2. A minimum of 8 years of working experience in Manufacturing, in a similar role;
3. Strong communication, presentation and training facilitation skills;
4. Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and projects;
5. Excellent command in English and Chinese, both written and spoken is a must.
