1. JOB SUMMARY
Implement a variety of C&B programs、policies and procedures. Responsible for C&B issues operations.
执行公司的各种薪酬福利政策及程序，负责薪资福利事宜的具体操作。

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
（1）Perform daily C&B operational issues like employees’ probation confirmation/Transfer/assignment/promotion/resignation etc;
执行日常的薪资福利事项，如员工试用转正/异动/外派/晋升/离职等；
（2）Maintain and update HRIS
维护和更新人事信息系统；
（3）Draw out C&B reports to meet business need；
制作各类人事报表以满足业务需求；
（4）Administer employees’ salary, perform yearly salary adjustment and performance bonus issues etc;
管理员工薪资，执行年度薪资调整和绩效奖金发放等事项；
（5）Calculate monthly payroll;
计算每月工资；
（6）C&B Project and Other assigned related tasks。
薪酬福利项目及其他指派的相关工作。

3. REQUIREMENT
（1）Junior College and above, human resource management and relevant management professional.
大专以上，人力资源管理及相关管理类专业;
（2）More than 2 years relevant experience.
2年以上相关工作经验
（3）Good communication & Interpersonal skills
良好的沟通和人际交往能力
（4）Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
熟悉劳动法和上海的相关政策法规。
（5）Good analytical skills and logical thinking skills
良好的分析能力和思考能力。
