1.Suppport Senior Manager,Operations Excellence on lean transformation activities
2.Assit sites in driving relvevant task force team in implementing improvement projects.
3.Utilize lean tools to launch,develop & implement short/mid-term productivity & cost reduction projects
4.Optimize Value Stream Process and other Lean Tools for operational excellence.
5.Conduct Lean training as required.
6.To undertake special assignment which the sites may need support.
7.Willing to travel to various sites for special assignment(60% of the time)
