Major Job Responsibilities

1、参与销售部周报、月报的编制工作

Involve in editing of monthly / weekly report for sales department.

2、参与市场分析及准备各类业务相关报告

Involve in marketing analysis and prepare various related business reports.

3、负责中国区CMI, LRP，客户资料合同的整理及归档 Responsible for Commercial Margin Improvement, Long Range Plan for china region. Customer related documentation and contract archive

4、公司办公用品的采购和管理

Stationary purchasing and management for company

5、办公室日常事务，如保洁管理，设备维护等，组织部门各类活动，如 聚餐、旅游

Office daily issues such as cleaner management, equipments/facilities maintenance . Organize activities such as team building and outing.

职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历, 专业不限

Bachelor degree or above, no major requirement

2、出色使用Office办公软件、Word, Excel, PowerPoint等 Excellent in MS Windows applications，word, excel, Power point, etc. 3、英语听说读写能力出色 Excellent English skills both in verbal and written 4、思路清晰，沟通能力强，有良好的团队意识及服务理念 Good communication, team spirits and service concept 5、工作态度认真负责、积极主动；较强的学习、适应能力 Self-motivated and hardworking, like to learn new things

6、有大型美资企也工作经验优先

Experience in big American company is an advantage
