Key Responsibilities ·
负责日常财会工作，例如：总账凭证准备和录入, 应收应付管理等
Be responsible for daily accounting and finance work, such as bookkeeping,A/R and A/P management, etc. ·
负责财务报表编制，确保结账工作的顺利完成，比如：清账、对帐、处理工资账务等
Prepare the financial statements and ensure period-end closing activities done completely and smoothly. e.g. balance reconciliation, clearing account clearance, HR payroll data, etc. ·
协助管理报表, 预算和预测， 并提供有意义的财务分析。
Assist to prepare the management reports， and assit in the prepartion of the budget and rolling forecast. And provide the meaningful financial anysis ·
负责固定资产的账务管理和年底盘点工作
Be responsible for Fixed Assets accounting process and annual Fixed Assets check. ·
负责月度纳税申报、年度税务清算, 增值税发票管理和其他税务相关事务
Be responsible for monthly tax filing, annual tax returns, VAT invoces management and other tax related tasks ·
协助支持内外部审计工作
Coordinate external and internal audit processes ·
密切与亚太区总裁，上海财务团队，以及美国总部财务团队合作。
Work closely with the Managing Director of Aisa and Shanghai finance team， and also with the group headquarter finance team in US. ·
完成亚太区总裁和直线经理要求的其他工作
Other ad-hoc requirements and support to the Managing Director of Asia and the Line Manager as required Key Requirements ·
大学或以上学历，主修会计或财务管理
College degree or above in Accounting or Financial Management ·
5年以上会计工作经验
More than 5 years working experience of accounting ·
熟练使用Excel和SAP系统
Familiar with Excel and SAP system ·
具有团队精神
Good team player with proactive attitude ·
流利的英语听说读写能力
Fluent in spoken and written English
