Job responsibilities
-Communicate with vendors/internal departments by emails
-Purchase orders and Sales orders entry in Essentus system
-Produce Reports from Business Objects system,cross-check the reports to make sure data in system is accurate and up-to-date.

-Update the information into Essentus/Raymark system .

Qualification and Experience
-University degree holder,CET 4 or above

-At least 3 years of experience in operations/sales assistant.

-Proficient PC knowledge such as MS Excel,Access

-Experience in ERP or SAP
-Good communication and detail-oriented and patient
