岗位职责：

1. Lead the Failure Analysis engineering team and System Level Product Engineering team to support both new product development and continued yield improvement in high volume production environment.
2. Directly work with customer engineering team, internal R&D and TD teams, as well as NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, and QA teams to ensure on time development milestone accomplishment and new products’ production launch each year.
3. Own test yield loss failure analysis for root cause identification, assembly yield loss investigation, as well as on hold lot disposition together with ME and QA.
4. Work with customers and internal engineering teams for new process development.
5. Develop module level and component level FA reports within required timeframe, and work with Supplier Quality to drive for supplier quality problem resolution.

任职要求：

1. Minimum 15 years of direct hands on experience in electrical system level product engineering and semiconductor failure analysis.
2. Proven leadership capability to lead PE team to achieve aggressive yield and product performance analysis goals.
3. Comprehensive and deep knowledge in semiconductor component level performance trouble shooting and failure analysis.
4. Being able to work with world class customers and suppliers to achieve demanding targets.
5. Excellent follow up skill, with the ability to get things done on time.
6. The candidate must be very dedicated to his/her job responsibilities and possess high level of ownership and accountability.
7. A good team player who can collaborate and influence other department leaders to achieve the common goals.
8. Good communicator who can speak English, and work with international customers directly.
9. BSEE degree is required. Master’s degree preferred.
