Responsibilities:

- Responsibility for meeting his/her own KPI-targets

- When performing as Team Leader role in an audit,

?To supervise the work of an audit team with team size of 2 or above

?To plan and execute audits, report findings and follow-up when necessary, within agreed time scales and economic frameworks. If the work that has been allocated can not be carried out at the time agreed or in accordance with the agreed requirements or economy, he/she should inform Line Manager or Planner at the earliest appropriate

?To revert immediately to Line Manager or Planner if changes (like size, product range & etc) in the client organizations happen

?To give recommendation for certification following a successful audit

?To submit a recommendation for suspension/withdrawal of a certificate to the Technical Review Board in case a certificate holder fails to meet his obligations

- To ensure that the independent nature of the Management System Certification scheme is not compromised or jeopardized at any time

- To be service minded & commercially active towards customers and ensure the Customer Relationship Management Programs is properly implemented

- To maintain his/her auditor qualification under the Registration Schemes as required by DNV GL. This registration scheme may be operated by DNV GL in-house or by industrial institution (e.g. CCAA, IRCA, IATF etc.)

- To update CV (both English and Chinese) and assessment log on an annual basis

- To submit weekly timesheets & expense statements in TEAM system timely (next Monday after each working week) & accurately

- Other issues as assigned by Operations Manager

Qualifications:

- At least 5 year working experience in chemical or mechanical engineering

- Education in chemical or mechanical engineering.

- Quality, Environment & OHS experience are preferred.

- Having CCAA auditor qualification will be advantage.
