职位描述
Critical Deliverables Business:
1. Order Handling – Be responsible for customer order handling and shipment arrangement such as communication with logistic or oversea plants to prioritize delivery schedules based on customers’ requirements and track logistic status to ensure timely order delivery. Timely feedback and communicate with customers on delivery status and credit issue. Also will be a backup of Indent and export business.
2. Sales Support - Provide quotation, sales contract to customer according to sales’ requirement; fill and submit the CMF of customer to establish new customer record; collect customer forecast, well assist sales to do customer forecasting; submit sample consignment listing to sales department.
3. Customer Support - Provide premium service to VIP customer. Act as a primary point of contact for customers. Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction, manage all customers facing activities like regular meeting, telephone calls, and mail correspondence. Leading and settling customer’ complaints and resolving grievance and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others. Help customers well coordinate the urgent orders , eg quote airfreight fee or urgent local delivery. Positive to balance customer’s increase forecast and stock level.
4. Reporting - Monthly update forecast report is required including timely cooperate with Demand planning to adjust demand discrepancy according to daily changing; make statistic of complaints and SLOB product progress once a week to make sure take full and effective actions ; Analysis on responsible region’s product forecast accuracy. Sales report regularly updated.
5. Meeting –Attend customer service monthly meeting; Review SLOB, incident and complaint issues; attend regularly sales meeting to better understand sales scope and join supply meeting to know our supply, product & RM status, production planning.
Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Ability to use English competently in a variety of situations but with noticeable problems
3. At least 5 years of customer service related, import & export experience a plus.
4. Familiar with international trade and customer service related knowledge
5. Good Excel skills
6. ERP system experience a must, SAP experience a plus
7. Strong sense of ownership and urgency to achieve desired results
8. Excellent communications skills
9. Detail oriented and a quick learner
