JOB SUMMARY

Support
Senor Store Project Manager to all the activities of store projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        
Responsible for
the planning and monitoring of store maintenance activities;

·        
Responsible for
the coordination and supervision of personnel that compose the maintenance
teams;

·        
Responsible for
the continuous improvement of the system and the optimization of the
maintenance equipment;

·        
 Validate and supervise the planning of
maintenance activities;

·        
Coordinate with
retail operation department regarding the impact of maintenance on the daily
operation;

·        
Cooperate with
retailed departments and public authorities to solve the maintenance issues.

Qualifications:

·        
Degree holder
preferably in Architecture and Design with passion for the fashion business.

·        
Related
experience of 4-6 years working experience within a high-quality architecture
or retail environment.

·        
Excellent in
interpersonal skills with store adaptability into a dynamic environment.

·        
Good
communication and cooperation skills.
