JOB PURPOSE · Develop BOLLORE activities in the reporting area in order to achieve assigned budget objectives for assigned account with corresponding KAM. This role consists in directing and coordinating the sales, customer services, operations in both China and overseas entities. · Build and implement granted business flow from customer on national scale. · Design and manage cost reduction module with KAM. · Organize relationship intra/inter-regions in China for acting as an integral role in newly generated business and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new business. · Focusing on growing and developing existing and potential business opportunities with GCN KAM. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Strategy: · Responsible for the development and implementation of traffic routes/projects granted by client · Ensure that strategy and plans are aligned at all times with major trade partners as well as entities China domestic and overseas. · Controlling and towering existing key account activities and essentially serving as a dedicated channel for an operational role to the national key account. Leadership: · Execute and control the implementing activities in line with the validated sales plan from country KAM. · Work closely with KAM/GAM for organizing periodic reviews with client in China. New Project Development: · Develop BOLLORE portfolio by co-working innovative solution with KAM on cost saving and logistics lead time improvement. · Participate to new products’ development and organize their launch including warehousing, distribution, freight forwarding. · Identify possible hassles for prospective projects, and make reasonable and constructive solutions. SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS Monitoring & Communication (35%) · Follow the communication strategy as per the guideline led by RCT in SIN. Consistent & Close monitoring emails and respond to customers & BLX network/department in a timely and professional manner by providing full visibility of shipments · Customer engagement in country level Review (Monthly or Quarterly) with local KAM o Reporting: SEA&AIR Global Monthly KPI; key account LOCAL KPI ;SSVF local KPI; key account QBR file · Focal contact to customer (at local) on operational follow up & action for any intervention of major events · Escalate any service deviation to KAM & RCT that are foreseen to have major impact on shipment, while continuing to provide updates of events progressively to customer locally o Reporting: Tracking report for impacted shipment Alignment of Processes (20%) · Work closely with KAM for collaboration with customer in SOP & transport mapping validation. Maintain and Updates all SOPs, transport mapping & contact matrix to customer locally & RCT o Reporting: Mapping, Local SOP · Track daily reports on missing data & appropriate reason code on any service deviations/delays in the requested report(monthly/weekly) that has been established by RCT o Reporting: SEA/AIR Daily Dashboard Improvement Continuity (5%) · Communicate closely with assigned key account locally or with other CN BL Entities on any specific matters to be follow when improvement /action plans have been ruled out o Reporting: Holiday Plan; Bollore Flash News Optimization Programs (5%) · Execute and follow through the framework & processes as shared by RCT · Escalate to RCT & KAM as supporting role to review or highlight any issues that may have delay impact or blockages in going through live of project scope of week. Customer Complaints & Claim Management (5%) · Responsible to consolidate on RCA via progress form input by the relevant business unit o Reporting: DCR REPORT;CPAR for cargo damage/missing/delay; Claim Log Alert Management & Back up/Emergency Solution (10%) · Launch Flash News and distribute to customer (at local), CT network. Communicate & coordinated closely with operations to ensure execution is followed when such "urgent" solution has been activated by RCT as per customer's approval & requirement o Reporting: Bollore Flash News · Support to any spot quotation to customer in case of any "urgent"/expedited service/ project related business which is outside the tender o Master Spot quotation; Spot Shipment Tracking Report CASS Support (15%) · Weekly Track reports on missing docs & appropriate reason for delay billing in the requested report that has been established by RCBS o Reporting: CASS SOA REPORT WWRDB Clean Up (5%) · Highlight to KAM and RCT in case of any discrepancies on rates, transit time, incoterms, scope, addresses, etc o Reporting: Assigned Key Account WWRDB Summarized list of Reporting: Reporting Data Resource Send to Workload for each reporting Daily Daily Air Dashboard Regional CT BLX CN entities Depends on data quality and number of delay shipment/Average takes 1hr per day Daily Sea Dashboard Regional CT BLX CN entities Depends on data quality and number of delay shipment/Average takes 1hr per day Spot Lane ID Creation Local KAMs assigned KA/Local Entities Depends on number of spot shipment. BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS · Bachelor degree or above, must from multinational logistics or freight forwarding company; · Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales; · Minimum 5 years sales management experience; · Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level. · Possess good communication skills and influence skill; · Excellent written and verbal English; · Excellent knowledge of strategy and products, and highly self-motivated. · Deep market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment).
