OVERVIEW:

• Marketing intern is to assist marketing routine works, including but not limited to materials consolidation and delivery, articles collection, communication letters, database maintenance, market information collection, and etc.
• This candidate will report to marketing communication manager, and need to communicate with cross functions.
• This role will help optimize regular employee’s paperwork to advance the pace.

THE ROLE :

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Marketing communication articles bilingually (Chinese&English) draft and collection.
• System database maintenance and routine reports preparation, like account information and market fund.
• Market competitors’ information collection, giveaway price comparison vs. JD.
• Marketing materials consolidation and delivery.
• Support marketing activities and cross-function communication.
• Sales, products, and promoter team needs collection and consolidation.
• Gates website maintenance.
• Weibo or other social media platform maintenance.
• Other tasks or duties as assigned.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Major university student (bachelor degree).
• Guarantee minimum 2-3 working days per week.
• Good writing skills both in English and Chinese.
• Diligent, Motivated self-starter, flexible.
• Possess a mature, positive attitude.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel, Words and PowerPoint abilities.
