Main responsibilities:

Take charge of operation management including production & process management, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain, etc.

Participate in strategy establishment and implementation

Establish and manage effective operation processes to ensure the product conforms to clients' requirements

Lead and manage R&D department, supervise new product development from customer requirement until the introduction on the market with cross-functional teams

Acquire new technical know-how to support the product and business development of the company

Be responsible for supply chain management, including purchasing, order management, warehouse management, etc.

Drive plant to meet quality standard and ensure implementation of corporate quality practices

Optimize resources and internal process to make sure effective production and cost saving

Report to General Manager

Perform other duties as assigned

Educational qualification: University degree or above with technical background

Working experiences

Rich experience in operation management with automotive industry background

Familiar with operation process, supply chain management, quality system, etc.

Innovative problem solving capabilities

Ability to efficiently manage multiple activities to achieve excellent results

Language: Good in English (both oral and written)

Personality:
