职位描述

- For our Global Share Service we are looking for a Team Assistant at the earliest opportunity.


What are my responsibilities?
Mission of Function
- To provide support with team on daily work assistant.
- To provide daily business operation administration processes like PO.
- To organize team events like outing, annual party etc.
- To manage dept. interns on job distribution, turnover, work schedule etc.

- Internal: GSS HR colleagues; GSS and CHR colleagues; SRE, SCM dept.
- External: Vendors


What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Competencies
- Basic knowledge of HR administration
- Advanced PC skills like word, excel, PPT
- Good oral and written English
- Familiar with purchase order process and fixed asset management process etc
- Capabilities
- Good communication skills
- Good team spirit
- Patient and careful
- Self-initiated and creative
- In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
