欧洲最大零售公司店经理Store Manager

Main Responsibilities:
？ Implement of agreed strategic goals and directions for the store.
？ Deliver own store operating plan, and to achieve store targets and objectives.
？ Ensure store catalogue and layout reflects customer profile.
？ Utilize commercial system information to ensure efficient stock cover
？ Work with the store management team to identify issues underlying under-performance of store; provide advice and coaching in how to resolve these issues.
？ Maximize staffing productivity and initiate ideas with Store Manger to reflect trading needs.
？ Ensure the store team in delivering high standards of customer service in the store
？ Cooperate with the Display Team and monitor a high standard of visual merchandising within own store
？ Monitor facility management team, including security, maintenance and cleaning team. Ensure their performance well meet company’s requirements
？ Assist in promote “Teamwork” in store. Maintain an enthusiastic working environment for everyone in sharing and delivering the company vision in selling and service.
？ Maximize profitability by driving sales, minimizing operating costs and wastage through effective managements of systems and controls.
？ Ensure all legal, health and safety, procedural, financial, due diligence and audit findings are according to company standard
？ Take ownership for personal development in anticipation of business requirements.
？ Lead, motivate and develop the team and create the right environment to ensure team and individual development take place
？ Manage under performance and conduct appraisals/disciplinary when appropriate

Main Qualifications:
？ Store Commercial/Personnel/Financial Skills
？ At least 5 years experience of sales floor experience
？ Strong commercial acumen
？ Good English both in oral and written
？ Has the ability to pick out key facts from a mass of data and interpret into meaningful issues/actions for the store
？ Respond in a positive and flexible way to constantly changing business circumstances
？ Effective interpersonal skills for managing a high performing team and creating positive working environment
