Main Responsibilities
？ To maximise sales and minimise costs in order to meet company’s gross profit target.
？ To maintain stock levels and commitment in order to maximise sales and minimise cost of reductions/and Food Waste.
？ To exploit selling opportunities through identifying and chasing the fast sellers in depth/ahead.
？ To identify slow selling lines and propose action plan when necessary.
？ To manage size ratio and availability through effective analytical work on the available information and reports to benchmark and generate recommendation and actions in order to maximise/achieve agreed targets.
？ To propose percentage of uplift on promotional items.
？ To assist in the preparation of relevant reports and information for analysis.
？ To build good rapport and working relationship with IFG, IBO and Hong Kong Team.
？ To closely work with Commercial and Marketing Teams to deliver clear presentation of GMA, layout guidelines etc, and through effective communication to ensure agreed plans are being implemented by respective parties.
？ To assist Buying Manager in producing operational guidelines to stores.
？ To conduct regular store visit to establish links with the store team. Collecting information on customer profile and store feedback and be able to make recommendations on product presentation and layout enhancement, etc to Buying Manager.

Main Qualifications

？ Minimum of 3 years experience in retail buying/merchandising
？ A sound knowledge of Buying/Merchandising process
？ Good fashion flair and product knowledge with strong analytical and numerical skills
？ Understand the local market requirements
