Regional Retail Development Manager 某奢侈品集团招聘区域店铺开发经理
要求：零售行业。英文流利
有奢侈品零售店铺谈判的经验优先。
Job Description:
Proactively seek right location of new POS opportunities by building strong real estate network in the region and negotiate with relevant parties
Accordingly, coordinates & manages the timely execution of the network development plan by working closely with brands and function teams
Manages the regional retail rollout plan being well implemented
Reports to upper manager on market intelligence
Works closely with brands and operation teams to realize the best interests of group
Manages real estate agency on systematic way
Provides input to and participates in the design of company’s strategies in relation to regional retail development
Consistently improving the location/ space and business terms of existing shops inside department store and shopping mall by building up strong network with management of these channels
Job Request:
1. three years’ experience in retail development related field at a multinational company
2. Above bachelor degree
3. Good communication skill, negotiation skill, presentation skill
4. Good team player
5. Good sense of responsibility and can work under pressure
6. Good oral and written English skill
7. Good at Microsofts
