Summary:

• Use in-depth knowledge of subject expertise and customers end-use products to drive the creation and application of flavors that will perform in the end -use category.
• Strong interaction with other technical personnel, sales, operations, process development, commercialization and customers to successfully create systems and apply flavors leading to new business for IFF.
• Lead and manage the development and application process;Trouble shooting on customer requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage specific customers accounts as the "Technical Owner".
• Create systems and provide technical services for these customers.
• Establish and maintain key technical relationships.
• Prepare prototype products and presentations to demonstrate IFF's capabilities, new flavors and new technology.
• Maintain and operate pilot plant for dairy and beverage application
• Utilize company systems for sampling, application, development, and communication.
• Good communication/interpersonal skills and leadership for handling projects.

Requirements:

Minimum:

• Diploma/BS degree in Food Science or Technology.
• 10 years or plus experience in confection, bakery, ingredient or flavor company is essential, of which those are in the specific field of expertise.
• Knowledge of food safety, raw materials, food regulations, sanitation, production processes and sensory evaluation.
