Summary:
To deliver marketing expertise and support the successful execution of the Functional business strategy in China.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Business Development:
Drive development and delivery of IFF China's Functional business objectives. Work with cross-functional teams to proactively identify market opportunities for global and local clients, thereby winning new business.
2.Build Category Expertise:
Develop an in- depth understanding of the Functional categories in China and leverage these learning's to provide strategic marketing support to our internal teams and clients.
3.Drive Innovation:
Connect with and leverage IFF's core competencies (e.g. Marketing Tools) at a cross functional level to help improve our win rate for Functional in China.
Requirements:
Essential:
1.Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the China market
2.Fluency in local language and in English
3.Strong communication and presentation Skills
4.Team Players
5.Proven project management skills
6.Ability to multi-task and shift priorities based on internal and external demands
Preferred:
1.MBA degree
2.Experience/interest in fragrance or beauty industry preferred but not required
3.Creativity balanced with analytic abilities
4.Works effectively across different cultures and disciplinesKey Responsibilities:
