Senior Project Managers

Main responsibilities
We are looking for several senior project managers for our projects. Successful applicants will have a broad understanding of complex IT systems with high availability demands in general, and preferably systems with telamatics characteristics. When working as a project manager you will need to be able to handle all aspects of managing a project, all the way from coaching in the concept and technology development to managing customer expectations and interaction.
Main competencies required:
You have a Bachelor or Masters degree in computer science or equivalent training and experience.

Strong leadership skills
At least five years of project management experience
Customer business knowledge - build, develop, and grow any business relationships
Ability to dynamically manage scope, time and delivery
Good ability to manage cost control using SAP or similar
Experience in agile development methods
PMI/PMP Certification is a plus
IS-GDP4IT experience is a plus


Application Developer

We are looking for customer oriented Java Application Developers for our projects.
The Application Developer carries out design, construction and testing of software units and integrated solutions within Application Development or Application Maintenance.
Main responsibilities
You will be participating in software development. Important elements of the work is understanding customer requirements and translate these into effective solutions, recognizing potential reuse between projects and components is also a vital aspect. You are also responsible for capturing additional detail information needed for the design, construction and testing of the software. Within your responsibility is also detailed design, coding, testing and documentation.
You participate in the in estimation and planning of development, deployment and operation activities.

Competence Requirements:
? You are a graduated engineer, system scientist or have equivalent expertise
? You have at least 5 year's documented experience from assignments as Java Application Developer and experience from developing systems in close cooperation with customers
? Experience from EJB 3, Hibernate, Glassfish, JBoss, Webservices, jUnit, Hudson, Eclipse, Data bases, Linux/Unix and Scrum among other
? Experience from telecom and vehicle industry
? Experience from High Availability design
? Experience of complex systems with many autonomous clients
? Fluent in English - both in speech and writing
