职位描述
Main Task
1)Overall responsible for service operation and business in north China including:
-). Tianjin service center administration
-). Tianjin service center finance and expenditure
-). Customer relationship in north China
2. Assign service job to in house repair technician and monitor the efficiency of implement and status
3. Execute Tianjin service center daily operation
4. Implement the warranty/paid servicing
5. Maintain the service equipment and tools in proper condition
6. Demonstrate high efficiency, quickness and professional in the service team.
7. Ensure service center working procedure according to the requirement of ISO9000 and ISA
8. Ensure monthly report are submitted on time
9. Ensure that the spare parts are replenished on time in economic quantity
10. Ensure spare parts in the store are arranged according to numbering order
11. Ensure important service related information is passed to the service manager and relative sales
12. Provide support to customer and sales for technical maintenance, trouble shooting and operation issues
13. Organize service/technical training for customer
Qualification
1. Bachelor degree, major in Academic & technology.
2. More than three years experience in service management, and it is preferrable to have the working experience in vacuum ralated industry.
3. Excellent written and verbal English skills, CET-4 (or above) of English
4. Other soft Skill: positive attitude, team spirit, good in communication, and skilled to motivate and encourage the team members.
5. Willing to travel to customer site
