Main Task
To function at the first as a regular telesales Sales, responsible for an assigned sales area, in order to get familiar with all the detailed processes in the tele-sales function, and to understand vacuum products and applications; At the same time responsible to establish a tele-sales team consisting of tele-sales .
To design strategy and business plans of telesales team, to contribute to the growth and development of sales and service model.
To facilitate the effective allocation of resources in order to achieve stated CustomerCare Centre business objectives.
To recruite, train and develop new telesales.
To generate revenue by exceeding pre-set sales targets, increasing new products and service business from medium/small end users, improving customer loyalty, maximizing referral sales, and executing the tele-marketing activitiesTo ensure telesales meets with internal control, compliance and audit standards.

Qualification
University / College degree, ideally in industrial acedamic science or engineering
At least 5 years experience in tele-sales or call center management, proven ability to plan and execute various types of telesales projects, both in service and sales effectively
Ideally 3 years or more of relevant experience in sales of industrial products (B2B)
Demonstrated cross-group collaboration abilities, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, communication and influencing skills.
Fluent written and spoken English language, which is absolutely necessary
Self-motivation to drive personal and team performance to achieve targets and strive for continuous improvement, and able to demonstrate leadership attribute
