Key Responsibilities
?Provide overall leadership to the local team with direct accountability for production, planning & logistics, Process technology, Quality, maintenance and internal customer service.
?Manage transformation initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing and logistics providing overall strategic guidance to the organization and driving the execution process already started
?Ensure efficient and coherent communication and AC perspective to all employees in the organization, while deploying into tactical Road Map plans.
?Deploy and manage the overall planning process including capacity and resource planning, and secure proper alignment in the local site and to the support functions.
?Secure that the organization is customer oriented and responds with high flexibility to customer and market needs.
?Coach and support the management team in the supply chains in leading the day to day activities to ensure that commitments are achieved and that we remain attractive as a place of employment.
?Maintain and further develop a strong culture of continuous improvement by involving employees in problem solving and decision making as well as recognizing them for work well done. This includes quality, delivery, costs, flexibility and capability.
?Take an active part in AC global supply chain to share best practices, secure alignment and give feedback and input to improving business processes.
?Develop and secure excellent competencies in our core processes and a strong performance culture in all parts of the organization, to meet the ambitious objectives and targets in the AC perspective.
?Develop employees to collaborate with global colleagues and stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Critical Tasks
?Secure strong focus, proper coordination and resource allocation to strategic projects i.e. Quality improvement, supplier consolidation, TCO improvements etc.
?Ensure focus on high performance within key indicators:
oReduction of quality claims from the market,
oFast response time to customer claims or customer requests,
oIncrease productivity to ensure full potential
oImprove availability and reliability to customers based on their expectations
?Ensure compliance to achieve world class manufacturing.

Background & Experience Required
?Master of Science within Supply Chain, logistics or production management.
?At least 5 years of experience with management in a supply chain organization with a good track record of achievements.
?Strong experience within change manufacturing and proven high performance within the field of creating continuous improvements.
?Good knowledge within TS16949. Customer focused and result oriented.
?Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
