Responsibility / Tasks
1. To develop adequate strategies to assure a stable supply of materials, a good quality and the most reasonable price.
2. To define localization roadmap and lead localization project implementation.
3. Close team work between logistics, quality and engineering departments.
4. After final approval and clarification on technique, quality and commercial terms, and the first official order is running properly, hand over this supplier to logistics department.
5. Ensure purchased parts delivery on time and in time to support factory operation.
6. Purchasing management quality system control and development.
7. Properly arrangement of department structure and procedures.
8. Set up activity plan according to annual target.
9. Support, coach and motivate staff in the purchasing.
10. Purchasing Cost control according to budget.
11. Daily management to the department.
12. Responsible for safety and environment protection in the working area.

Requirement
1. Familiar with mechanical industry, has leadership ability, able to lead team to search and develop new suppliers for all parts of gear unit.
2. Production and purchasing knowledge, SAP knowledge and experience
3. Fluent English speaking, reading and writing;
4. Has negotiation ability on commercial and technical terms with suppliers.
5. Serious, trustworthy working style, and self-control.
