天津招聘

Task:
1. Supplier auditing in China for operational unit within SLC I IA& DT - Process audit
2. Technical supplier discussions for supplier development and - qualification
3. Root Cause analysis and corrective measures for problems in quality, those the operational unit within SLC I IA& DT alone cannot solve (L4L-Business)
4. Cooperation/support with the preparation of technical terms of delivery and quality regulations within MD and SLC I IA& DT
5. First sample inspection of casted parts, support, organization (necessary Inspection- Service or externally), execution and evaluation of the inspection results
6. Qualification and support of the local CE' s within SLC I IA& DT regarding approaches with problem solutions
7. Support of MD for yearly supplier evaluations (part of quality and technology) " c4s" and conduct Q-figures (KPI's) for targets-agreements.
8. Consultation during constructional cast part optimization and/or technology improvement in co-operation with assigned casting suppliers, or external supplier by simulation software (e.g. magma)
9. Achievement account - Offer generation for achievements (cost estimation) - cost registration - Accounting

Knowledge and experience:
1. Knowledge of Pattern construction, Metallurgy, Foundry processes, Foundry technology TL- and DIN Knowledge
2. Bachelor or above degree
3. Good writing and communication in English.
4. Intercultural communication, cooperation and coordination.
