Key Duties and

Responsibilities: The primary accountabilities include:

? To ensure the support BU is aligned with HQ strategy and mission.

? Managing and guiding all the HR matters in BU IFM.

? Be responsible for leading BU HR work and aligning it with the needs of the organization.

? As a strategic partner, give corporate structure suggestion or advice to business as to corporate business development.

? Responsible for the effective day-to-day operation of the full spectrum of HR functions.

? Actively engage the business to develop a high commitment high performance organization.

? Perform headcount planning to ensure effective and timely talent acquisition, retention and deployment of resources.

? Implement employee engagement initiatives including preferred employer program, employee communication and employee surveys.

? Facilitate performance development review process.

? Actively promote a harmonious and productive work environment.

Key Skills and Competencies: The ideal candidate should possess:

? University Degree, prefers in HRM

? Minimum 5 years' solid HR managerial experience

? Some working experience in service industries is an advantage

? Logical thinking and problem solving skills

? Strong communication skills-English & Chinese

? Well-versed with local labor law, employment and social security and EHS rules and regulations

? Self driven, resourceful and result-oriented

? High integrity and confidentiality

? Strong people management and influencing skills
