职位描述

1. Brief Description

The Regional Talent Lead is responsible for quality execution of the global Talent Management offering and the point of contact for HR and business stakeholders for all matters related to Talent and Succession Management, Learning and Development and Performance Management.


In close collaboration with global Centres of Excellence and RHRO, the role holder drives the regional Talent Management agenda, ensures quality results, consistency and timely deliverables associated with the implementation of Talent Management processes, tools, templates and databases for North Asia.




2. Key Result Areas



§ Manage and coordinate rollout of Talent Management Offerings and agreed functional/regional priorities in the region

§ Coordinate all regional PMP process activities

§ Ensure data quality/integrity, consistency and timely deliverables - when implementing global processes, tools, templates and databases for the region.

§ Track and assess the impact/effectiveness of learning interventions in the region through feedback from stakeholders

§ Monitor and track deployment and retention of talents in region




3. Key Accountabilities/Duties



Regional Talent Lead (RTL)

Manage or coordinate delivery of global and agreed regional/functional Talent Management priorities in the region
Drive PMP process in close collaboration with RHRO. Centrally coordinate timeline, calibration process and communication/enabling activities for the region
Support RHRO in Talent & Succession Management and LMD related matters as specialist providing process leadership and content subject matter expertise
Mandate use of global processes, tools, templates and databases within agreed standards
Support Centers of Excellence in annual program review, training needs analysis and planning at regional/functional level
Secretary of regional Talent Review Committee; drive regional agenda, prepare and facilitate meetings (in close collaboration with HRBP/RHRO)
Monitor and track talents deployment and retention in the region
Responsible for Talent /Succession management data integrity for the region
Adapt global offering to regional/functional needs if necessary
Develop and deliver smaller regional requests building on the strategic offering and leveraging Competence Center resources
Consult biz and HR stakeholders on people manager related development issues based on latest research and external best practices in the region
Update functional and country HR stakeholders on LMD offering
Monitor process of post LMD training action setting and coaching by manager through global template for the region
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement corrective measures in partnership with CoE and RHRO/HRBP for the region
Manage local vendor relationships and ensure trainer capabilities for the region if applicable
Inform and guide country L&D colleagues on respective functional matters
Manage and lead team


Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably with specialization in HR and/or

HR development



Experiences: Minimum 6 years in HRD, managing/ administering/ delivering Talent Mgmt programs in a regional capacity. With at least 3 years as a people manager. Facilitation experience a must.



Skills Sets: Project management, negotiations, time management capabilities and consulting skill. Must be competent in MS office.
