Responsibilities:

·Responsible for training on service engineers and service center technician from after sales side including skills, process and service standard
负责服务工程师和服务中心人员的售后技术、流程、制度等内容的培训

·Responsible for training on customers according their needs on site or in the factory

根据客户培训需求在现场或工厂组织客户培训
·Design training's and training material
设计培训课程并准备培训材料

·Promote service sales including maintenance, spare parts and energy audit through customer visiting and understand the needs
通过客户现场回访，了解客户对维护保养等服务的需求，促进服务销售

Profile:

·Higher vocational education or bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
机械或电气类专业大专以上学历
·3 years experience in technical training
3年以上技术培训工作经验

·Knowledge of teaching methods, gained through relevant courses and / or training in teaching or education
有培训经验和培训技巧
·Thorough knowledge of pump technology and applications in rotating equipment is a plus
有水泵相关技术经验优先考虑

·Experiences with service sales is desirable
有服务销售工作经验优先考虑

·Excellent social, communication and presentation skills
优秀的沟通和表达能力
·Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
有英文基础者优先考虑
·Proactive and enthusiastic team player
积极主动配合团队工作
