Job Duty：

1. Be responsible for monthly payroll and HR report.

2. Assist C&B Manager to set up HR system

3. Assist C&B Manager to cooperate with business department to design, review and optimize incentive plan

4. Support to complete annual C&B related surveys

5. Assist to handle annual salary review process and yearly benefits projects, including harmonization and optimization.

6. Be involved in C&B related policy drafting and review

7. To provide timely feedback and solution on the questions from staff in terms of C&B issues

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree

2. 3-5 year's relevant working experience in MNC

3. Familiar with China Labor Law and local labor regulations

4. Logic thinking and detail oriented

6. Good in written and oral English
