Title: Retail Merchandising Executive

    

Report to: Buying Manager

    

    

Key Responsibility:

• Work closely with directed merchandising manager to build merchandising strategy and structure according to the brand key initiative and local consumer insights
• Seasonal OTB budget management
• Seasonal buying framework including sku plan, product mix, depth per sku, size ratio
• Distribute the products based on assortment guideline and allocation standard
• Sell through performance analysis vs plan and last year from different angles
• Recommend key actions to the team regarding best seller and slow movers
• Work closely with VM team to ensure the merchandise story calendar is well executed
• Create and build the necessary tools to ensure the allocation effectiveness and efficiency

                                    

    

Needed Competencies:

• Skilled in retail planning, allocation
• Hard worker, willing to work for results, not time
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong data analysis skills
• Good communication skills, Excellent Team-player
• Passion in outdoor and sports industry

                            

    

Needed working experience:

• More than 3year’s experience in retail buying/planning/allocation and multi store management. Apparel or outdoor industry is preferred.
