General description：

Support Card Productions and Customer Services by composing, simulating personalization or design artwork according to specifications and also to ensure the ability to meet local production capabilities to achieve company targets.

Job Description:

• Manage Studio’s portion on PDM including creating new customer product, input color and card information and other various task. Upload all working file and download self generated PDF for customer approval.
• Interact intensively with local and non-local Customer Service or Customer to clarify artwork definitions, type of finishing and personalization before executing the artwork.
• Provide professional design and discuss design concept with customer.
• Perform regular Linearization and Optimization on Epson Proofer for color consistency among all Gemalto sites.
• To tweak and follow customer’s color sample
• Prepare Epson proof for customer’s approval and arrange courier service for non-local customers.
• Prepare color separation and digital paper proof for Production and for daily NOC meeting to determine sequence printing and number of passes for each design.
• Analyze the colors between customer’s proof and Gemalto proof.
• The job holder shall at all times during the employment with the company, respect and comply with the Gemalto Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental & Security requirements during the performance of his/her duties.
• Any other reasonable request.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience：

• Strong Apple Macintosh computer platform
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop software
• Strong knowledge on Prepress, color separation and offset printing.

Experience

• 3 years experience in maintenance and working in offset print industry.
