职位：口岸现场操作 Airport Operator

部门：上海分公司

工作地点：上海浦东机场

  

工作职责：

1. 严格按照公司SOP的要求合理安排和执行每天的航班计划

2. 按照航班起飞时间的先后顺序制作随机文件

3. 负责收集货物的相关文件，并确保与报关行的顺利交接

4. 负责出口仓库的监督管理，包括货物的装卸、收录、放行、贴标签、包装及耗材存量

5. 及时反馈和解决现场操作过程中发生的问题

岗位要求： 

1. 认真负责，吃苦耐劳，愿意在机场办公

2. 熟悉空运现场操作流程和相关业务知识，一年以上相关工作经验

3. 具备良好的人际沟通，处理突发事件应变能力，做事仔细严谨

4. 具备基础的英文读写能力

5. 具备基本电脑技能：windows MS office 2013 Excel, Word
