Job Description工作职责：
Monitor and research the raw material market to ensure buy the correct raw material with reasonable price.
关注原材料变化（钢板，型材），用合理的价格采购到正确的材料。
Use CAD software to make material cutting plan for product, maximize the material utilization.
用CAD软件做原材料下料计划，确保材料利用率的最优化。
Know the welding process well, such as how to design, cut material, and weld until FG.
熟悉焊接工艺及流程，确保从设计、下料、到完工全过程的可控性。
Lead the ISO 3834 team when audit by the third party, and responsible for auditing suppliers' welding quality.
在第三方审核ISO3834时进行组织与配合，负责审核供应商的焊接质量体系。‍
Analyze each welding supplier’s ability and capacity, give them technical support.
研究分析每个焊接供应商的设备能力和产能，并给予技术支持。
Develop new welding supplier.
新的焊接供应商的开发。
Other jobs assigned by superior.
上级领导安排的其他工作。
Requirement 职位要求：
Bachelor degree or above, welding related.
本科及以上学历。焊接相关专业。
More than 5 years of sourcing experience or engineering experience in manufacturing Industry, mainly in welding field, if also have machining experience will be better.
至少5年焊接工程师或者焊接供应商开发经验，同时有机加工经验者优先。
Familiar with CAD software, SAP using experience is a plus.
精通CAD系统，有SAP使用经验更好。
Effective communication skill and time management skill.
具备交流沟通技能及时间管理技能。
CET-4 level or above, good reading and written in English.
英语四级或以上水平，具备英文读写能力。
Holding IWE certificate will be preferred.
持国际焊接工程师证书者优先。
