职位描述(Job Descriptions)：
Key　Areas　of　Activity:

Be　responsible　for　managing　New　Product　Development　activities　within　Cornelius,　including　some　key　derivative　projects,　and　will　expand　to　manage　discovery　projects　in　near　future.　Will　work　closely　with　other　cross-function　teams　to　develop　operational　and　business　performance　and　satisfy　customer　and　regulatory　requirements.


Key　Responsibilities　in　Detail:

1. Project　Management
a) Initiatively　involve　to　explore　the　marketing　specification　of　new　products　
b) Drive　the　team　towards　timelines,　costs　&　quality　output　on　various　engineering　projects
c) Coordinate　with　other　functions　within　China　team　as　well　as　global　teams
d) Technical　direction　&　guidance　to　team　on　projects
e) Comply　with　NPD　toll-gate　process　
f) Active　involvement　with　Lab　functions


2. Manage　Team　&　Talent　Development
a) Lead　and　motivate　team　to　work　with　cross-function　team　initiatively　　
b) Develop　talent　within　team　per　the　roadmap
c) Succession　planning
d) Training　&　development


　职位要求(Job Requirements)：
Essential　Skills:　

1.Hands　on　relevant　experience　in　Mechanical　or　similar　industry　with　strong　technical　knowledge　in　areas　of　Product　System　design,　Structural,　Refrigeration　or　Heat　Transfer　domains
2.Strong　Project　Management　Skills　-　Ability　to　plan,　co-ordinate　and　execute　tasks/projects　to　completion　with　focus　on　resource　allocation,　costing,　execution　&　timelines
3.Prior　experience/exposure　to　working　in　a　global　engineering　environment　involving　interactions　&　travel　to　other　locations
4.Strong　People　Management　Skills　&　exposure　to　effective　team　handling
5.Good　verbal　and　written　communication　skills　in　English
6.Ability　&　willingness　to　travel　locally,　nationally　or　internationally　when　required


Desired　skills
1.Experience　in　the　context　of　overall　product　design　either　in　the　consumer　goods　or　food/beverage　industry　is　highly　desirable
2.Demonstrated　system　design　responsibilities,　integrating　total　product　requirements　into　design,　system　analysis　capabilities
3.Reliability　engineering　hands　on　experience
4.Exposure　to　different　international　standards　with　respect　to　product　testing　and　laboratory
5.Exposure　to　various　manufacturing　processes　and　materials
6.Passion　and　diligence　for　hands-on　engineering
7.Exposure　to　process　tools　like　Six　Sigma,　APQP,　etc.
