Job Description
1. Location: Suzhou or Shanghai.
2. Provide technical support for customers in power system, EMC, and Signal integrity issues, including schematics/ PCB review, simulation, and on-site debugging；
3. Offer seminars and trainings to customers.
4. Manage EMC labs and provide troubleshooting to EMC lab’s customers, and thus help sales team to develop new customers.
5. Provide technical training and support to other colleagues.
6. Frequent travel is required.
Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical engineering, microwave engineering, electronics engineering or other related areas;
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in analog and digital systems hardware design;
3. Hands-on experience with switching-mode power system (SMPS) experience is a must;
4. Solid background in electromagnetics, EMC and SI areas.
5. Be familiar with lab measurement tools such as oscilloscopes, TDR, and VNA, and command software tools such as Cadence Allegro, and Spice.
6. Familiar with global regulatory EMC standards.
7. Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
8. Good inter-personal communication skill, leadership, and self-motivated.

岗位要求
1. 全日制本科或以上学历，电气工程、微波工程、电子工程或相关专业。
2. 至少三年以上模拟/数字硬件系统设计经验。
3. 精通开关电源系统设计。
4. 对电磁场、电磁兼容性和信号完整性等领域的知识有深刻了解。
5. 熟练使用试验室调试仪器如示波器，TDR，矢量网络分析仪等；
6. 熟悉EMC相关标准。
7. 熟练掌握普通话和英语。
8. 良好的沟通能力，领导能力和自我激励能力。
