Responsibilities

  

岗位职责

  

• Proficient in all products and related applications

• 熟悉所有产品及相关应用

• Be responsible for new products launch, execute products phase in phase out plan

• 负责新产品上市、产品更迭的管理及跟进

• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products

• 开发并执行产品相关的市场方案

• Translate and update products catalogues, marketing presentations, etc.

• 负责产品资料、产品目录、网站内容的更新与审查

• Work closely with sales team for product promotions and discover opportunities

• 与销售团队配合进行产品推广并发现潜在机会

• Manage and coordinate all marketing, branding and promotional activities.

• 组织、协助各类市场拓展及推广活动

• Coordinate with HQ PM team and cross functions for daily product management tasks

• 与总部PM团队及跨部门同事配合完成日常产品管理相关的工作

                              

Qualifications

  

任职资格

  

• Has 1-2 years at least product management experience, power tools or hand tools or lighting or similar industry knowledge is preferred

• 至少1-2年产品管理经验, 有电动工具, 手动工具或照明产品经验者优先

• Has 1-2 years sales or business development or marketing experience, project or trade channel experience preferred

• 至少1-2年销售、市场拓展或市场营销的经验，有项目或渠道销售经验者优先

• Has new product launch and plan execution experience

• 有新产品推广及执行计划的经验

• Know how to do market research, identify the business opportunities and how to convert to business plan and implementation

• 有能力做市场调研, 善于洞察市场机会并将之转化为有效的市场方案并执行

• Good presentation and communication skills

• 良好的演讲谈判技巧

• Good cooperation with different departments, different people to hit objectives

• 良好的沟通及团队协作能力, 能与不同部门不同类型的人有效沟通并实现既定目标

• Good reading, writing and oral English

• 良好的英文听说读写能力

• Bachelor or above, major mechanical or electrical or marketing is preferred.

• 大学本科或以上学历, 机械制造、电子电气或市场营销专业优先
