职位描述

Duties & Responsibilities:

工作职责:

Assist head to develop important client or bid leasing project, follow up the execution of project.

协助部门负责人,参与大客户谈判或租赁项目竞标,并负责项目竞标的具体执行工作。

In charge of execution of project leasing according to leasing strategy of project.

根据上级制定的代理项目租赁策略,主持及开展具体的租赁执行工作。

Supervise team members in their activities associated with marketing and leasing of commercial properties. Retain work standards of leasing process according requirements of landlord.

对团队同事在项目租赁及推广活动中给予必要的指导、支持和培训。帮助团队成员在租赁事宜的操作规范上达到业主要求。

Establish firmly cooperative relationship with landlord, report the leasing process regularly, and come up constructive suggestions for better executive leasing plan which is agreed by landlord.

同业主建立深度友好的协作关系,定期向业主反馈项目租赁情况,提出建设性建议,与业主共同完善现有租赁执行方案。

Business development by cold calls, cold visit, meeting etc. and build client database. Collect valid info of client, learn the specific requirements of potential clients and recommend office property that agented by JLL.

通过电话、陌生拜访、约谈等方式开拓客户资源并建立完善客户档案。获取有效的客户信息,了解潜在客户租赁需求并向其推介公司所代理的办公楼项目。

Supervise team members in their activities associated with business development, MNC clients, professions and service.

对团队同事在客户拓展、外资客户维护、专业度和服务水平的提升等方面进行指导、支持和培训

Assist landlord to accomplish leasing negotiation and prepare written documents and try to close the deal.

协助业主/客户完成办公楼租赁谈判并负责编制各种书面文件, 积极促使业务成交。

Maintain good relationship with third party agency for more resources.

维护第三方渠道关系,洞悉办公楼市场最新信息,获取更多客户资源。

According to company arrangement, conduct internal training about professional knowledge of leasing and well prepare relatively materials.

根据公司安排,对公司内部同事进行租赁领域内专业知识的培训,并准备完善的培训材料。

Required Qualifications & Experience:

任职要求

University qualification in real estate, marketing or economics preferred.

本科及以上学历,房地产、市场营销、经济学专业优先。

3 years office leasing experience and 1 year leasing project leader experience preferred.

3年办公楼租赁经验, 1年项目负责人经验者优先。

Excellent in interpersonal skill and communication skill, good in presentation skills.

具备卓越的交际能力、沟通能力及良好的口头与书面表达能力。

Good contract negotiator and risks controller.

具备良好的合同谈判能力和规避合同风险的能力。

Good knowledge of Chongqing office building market preferred.

熟悉重庆办公楼市场者优先。

Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Word, Excel, PowerPoint等办公软件熟练。

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and good in both written and oral English.

普通话流利,英文书写及口语良好。
