The main Responsibilities:
1)Responsible for design and construction of customer drawings and production basis, in relation to development of customer specific products.
2)Participate in project screening of customer projects.
3)Customer support, service and problem solving for technical issues.
4)Ensure technical calculations of the construction and components, together with organization and suppliers.
5)Participate in prototype testing, together with the test department and customer.
6)Participate in validation of prototypes and 0-series.
Other Tasks:
1)Develop and maintain departments tools, procedures, instructions, etc. (DIM, Windchill)
2)Design Reviews, DFMEA
3)Participate in development of Design Standard
4)Participate in customer claims handling
5)Cost optimization of existing products
6)Ensure valid basis for specifications
7)Part lists
Qualifications Requirements
1)Technical background as engineer with 3-5 years working experience
2)Knowledge of product development and construction of industrial products
3)Working experience in PRO E, 3D CAD tools
4)Working experience in 2D production drawings
5)Experience/knowledge of AXAPTA will be an advantage but not a requirement
6)Well-organized
7)Goal-oriented
8)Able to work in teams and individually
9)Fluent in both written and spoken English
